The Institute believes that the design and implementation of meaningful and effective training programs is a collaborative endeavor that requires: a continuing commitment and participation on the part of the Agency or SRO client; diverse complementary expertise and experience; and a disciplined development process. Working with the Agency or SRO client, the Institute assures a successful and cost efficient outcome with its six point process:

  2. Program Design and Course Planning
  3. Internal and External Validation
  4. Implementation
  5. Management and Supervision
  6. Monitoring and Evaluation

Each step of the development process is enhanced by the Institute's members' strong content knowledge, excellent training skills and wealth of regulatory, industry and professional experience.
